The Animal Place uses this site for appointment scheduling and clinic communication.

Appointment information

Appointments contain a pet name, species, phone number, consultation type, date and time. Payment amounts, order references and payment status are also recorded. These are stored in the project’s Firestore database when submitted through the booking form. Approved, signed-in staff can view and manage these requests.

Your private link

Your appointment link lets anyone holding it view your booking summary, cancel it, or request a different time. Keep it private. It does not display your phone number or clinical notes.

Messages and reminders

Staff sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. Passwords are handled by Firebase and are not stored in appointment records. Password-reset emails are requested from the staff sign-in page.

Booking consent covers contact about your appointment. When configured, an SMS provider receives your phone number and appointment confirmation details. No marketing consent is requested.

Payments

Live checkout uses Razorpay. Card and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay, not stored by this website. A successful payment is verified by the server before an appointment is confirmed. Contact the clinic for changes or refunds; cancellation does not automatically refund a payment.

Retention and requests

The clinic should maintain a retention policy and process for access or deletion requests. The site does not use advertising analytics.
